Due to the tremendous response to this years '11th Annual Florida Hospital Sports Medicine Conference' a decision has been made to change the location of the conference.

The new location is the Orlando Museum of Art: 2416 NORTH MILLS AVE
ORLANDO, FL 32803 which is across the street from Florida Hospital Orlando

The new venue will accommodate a much greater number of attendees and hopefully prevent us from having to turn people away. It is for this reason that a 'hold' was placed on the registrations yesterday. This temporary hold has now been lifted and we are again accepting registrations. Due to the hold being implemented we have decided to extend the 'early registration' deadline to Friday July 11th. Any registrations postmarked or received by fax on or before July 11 will receive the $50 registration rate. Space is limited.
