YMCA Aquatic Center
Florida Hospital and the YMCA Aquatic Center have partnered to create a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center for Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine.

Located on International Drive, the YMCA Aquatic Center is recognized nationally and internationally as a world class aquatic venue; hosting premier events and programs.
Florida Hospital Rehabilitation Center is the first rehabilitation facility of its kind in Central Florida to offer a shallow warm water teaching pool and a 17-foot diving well allowing both shallow and deep water therapy.

This 7,000 square foot rehabilitation and wellness facility offers services which include physical and occupational therapy, sports medicine, aquatic therapy and aquatic wellness programs. These specialty programs include Arthritis Foundation endorsed exercise class, cardiovascular, neurologicial, orthopaedic and prenatal and post partum aquatic programs.

Also featured are over 50 pieces of weight resistance equipment, 25 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, a teen weight room, 2 aerobic studios and three heated pools. Physical and occupational therapy programs include back/neck injury rehabilitation, education and injury prevention, orthpaedic/sports medicine programs and home exercise program instruction.
