Medicine and Rehabilitation in Winter Park,
Florida is located inside the YMCA Crosby Wellness
Center and offers state-of-the-art rehabilitation
services. The Center provides comprehensive
evaluation and treatment using a sports
medicine approach. Our team of highly
trained physical therapists educates patients,
equipping them with the knowledge and
ability to prevent further musculoskeletal
injuries. Florida Hospital Rehabilitation
and Sports Medicine works closely with
the hospital staff and YMCA Crosby Wellness
Center to transition patients from injury
or surgery to rehabilitation to wellness.

Rehabilitation Team
The Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine
Team at Winter Park is under the medical
direction of Dr. Mitchell Freed, a board
certified physiatrist, specializing in
physical medicine and rehabilitation.
The Center is led by Kathryn "Bunny" Lennon, physical therapist who oversees our team of physical, occupational therapists
and certified athletic trainers.
