Florida Hospital Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine – Lake Mary offers state-of-the-art rehabilitation. The Center provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment utilizing a sports medicine approach. We have a team of highly trained physical, occupational and speech therapists, audiologists and exercise physiologists. The team works together, educating patients and family regarding the rehabilitation of their condition and prevention of further musculoskeletal injuries.

Rehabilitation Team
The Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Team at Lake Mary is under the medical direction of Dr. Mitchell Freed, a board certified physiatrist, specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. The center is led by Karen Gray, occupational therapist, who oversees our team of physical therapists.
